After choosing products and paying, you will receive our message confirming all the details. We will be glad to send you a list of necessary measurements and a special video with instructions on how to take measurements correctly.

And after we have all the details, we proceed to tailoring.

After ordering, you will receive a video instruction showing how to take each measurement. As well as a list of measurements required for your product. If you are not sure that you did everything correctly, please send us a photo with a measuring tape as you take your measurements.

It is also always possible to visit a local tailor to help you take needed measurements.

The production time for custom products, complex products (like dresses or bodysuits), jackets, pants is 4-5 weeks.
More simple products such as skirts, bridesmaids tops or flower girls sets are made in 3-4 weeks.

to Europe - 8-10 days

US territory - we have Express - "Next Day Air"
Whole world - 7-10 days.
Australia - up to 14 days. Depends on the region.

The technologist is always ready to give recommendations on which fabric is best suited based on the type of product that interests you.

Want to note: manufacturers often release collections of fabrics that can sell out quickly and be no longer available.
Sometimes the same shade may differ in different batches. It depends on the dyeing of the fabric in production. It should be taken into account. But of course, this is not the case with all tissues.
Even black fabric often comes in a different black shade. We'll always take a photo, check the samples sent to you and select the most similar shade, we have a lot of experience, please don't worry!

If your bridesmaids choose to place their orders separately to different addresses, in that case they need to indicate that they are your bridesmaids, something like WE ARE (Name) bridesmaids. We will make all dresses together from the same dye lot.
Please ask girls to place the orders close in time to each other.

As I wrote above, shades change very often, we just may not know that you are from the same bridal group and take different shades of black for your orders (for example). Please write to us in advance all the points and nuances for your group, how many you are, how many orders there will be, so that we can set aside the same fabric for you in this case.
Be sure we will check everything for your group and make it the best way :)

If you are not sure if this dress design please try similar one in the local salon. So you can be confident in choosing the design.
We sew all items individually according to the client's measures and color choice. Your task is to take exactly all the measurements according to the instructions - in this case, the product will sit perfectly.
You can also contact local tailor for the needed alterations. Even dresses bought in offline salons need to be adjusted to fit.
Want to note - personalized items can't be returned/exchanged, as this is individual tailoring, we can't sell it to another client.
But we'll do our best to make your dress fit perfectly. Our clients very often write grateful reviews that they don’t even need an alteration ;)

We are a tailor-made atelier, if you order a dress according to individual measurements, you must understand that we will not be able to resell such a dress to someone else, we do not have a studio to hang and resell it. This dress is made only for you completely from scratch.

So unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds on the next:
• Custom made, personalized, altered products
• lingerie (bodysuits, robes, pajamas, bustiers)
• You find cheaper products elsewhere
• You change your mind
• Final Sale items
• Face mask
• Swatches
• Gift cards, deposit
• Used/Worn items
• Shipping cost, except of lost on the mail

All dresses are hand made once order is received, therefore, everything is considered CUSTOM MADE and NOT refundable.

We believe in our products and are confident that you will not have to cancel your order. Please be careful - we DO NOT accept cancellations after production has started, we purchase fabrics immediately after you give us all the measurements and start sewing very quickly to make orders in time.

If you want cancel order after starting production, we are ready to offer:
- refund without cost of materials that were purchased (return of materials back to the fabric store isn't possible under the law on the return of fabrics) - 20 % FABRIC STOCK FEE.
- deposit option (you will be able to use it anytime on any items).

If you didn't answer our order confirmation and didn't give us all needed measurements for sewing your order, after 2 weeks of waiting we will start sewing standard sizes because we need to ship it in time according to Etsy rules and also avoid shipping delays. Make sure you receive your order confirmation and answer all our questions about your order. Refund and cancellation don't be accepted in this case after your standard order was shipped.

We ensure all parcels come with tracking. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. You can also find the tracking number in your ETSY account. We kindly request you to take a moment to track your parcel, as there have been cases where parcels awaited at the post office for 30 days before being returned. Please keep an eye on your official city post or contact us if your order doesn't arrive after standard delivery.
