Care instructions
All of my bags are made from genuine premium leather. Leather is a natural material and marks, scars, bumps, textural and tonal variations are completely normal characteristics and should not be considered as faults.
Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure my photographs accurately reflect the colors of leather, slight color and grain variations are inevitable with natural cows hide. Furthermore, due to monitor resolution, lighting, color balancing and many other factors, it is near impossible to ever represent the true color with 100% accuracy.
Custom and personalized orders
We take full responsibility for our products, shipping and delivery. And in case of damage during delivery or loss, we will send you new product.
Can I cancel the order?
If you’ve placed an order by mistake or have any other strong reason for cancellation please contact us within 12 hours after ordering, otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped in accordance with the stated timeline
Can I return or exchange the order?
Custom or personalized goods are not the subject of return or exchange
If you would like to return a non-personalized item:
- contact us within 14 days of accepting the order
- return the product at your own cost
- your order will be reimbursed after receiving the item in its original condition
- you will be refunded the net price excluding shipping cost and processing fee
If you would like to exchange a non-personalized item:
- contact us within 14 days of receiving the item
- return the product at your own cost
- cover shipping and cost difference if any to get the new item
All shipping costs for return or exchange are covered by a buyer.
If I received a damaged or wrong order?
In case you got a damaged or wrong item due to our fault, please contact us and we will do our best to find a mutual solution and solve the problem!
Should I pay any taxes on receiving the order?
- International orders may be the subject of additional taxes. Customs fee is calculated individually on the arrival of goods by customs based on the import limits of your country.
- If the value of your order is within the permitted import limits the VAT will be collected automatically at checkout
- Orders shipped within the EU countries are tax free
