This is Peru’s second busiest airport yet its facilities are very poor. Much like Lima, there’s little terminal infrastructure for the number of flights and passengers, and the services are very poor for such a key tourist destination. The new Chinchero airport is set to bring relief

CUZ airport is a little too old and too small for a touristic city like Cusco. But as I understood, Peru is building a new one to serve the zone!

No need to show up early at this airport. No lounge, no food after security, just a vending machine or 2, but those at least have beer. Check in was super fast, and security was one of the quickest in the world. 20 minutes before boarding is a great time to show up here.

Little peruvian airport, with a lot of space to seat especially in the floor -1. There are also places where you can recharge your phone / laptop.

Nice small airport to arrive in. Short walk to baggage claim. Fast delivery. Taxix in plentiful supply

Hardly any amenities. The vending machines that were there only worked 25%-50% of the time. Security was good and so was checkin

No lounge, no wifi, few amenities of any kind. The "boarding lounge" is more of a holding pen, all flights seem to leave at the same time as well. Do NOT spend any extra time here, you'll be bored out of your mind at best.

I guess it is too small to handle with the enormous amount of travellers that use it every day. People there still have dificulties of speaking in other language than spanish, luckly i am fluent, but i witnessed some hard situations between staff and users because of misunderstandings. There are a lot of taxis and the ride to Historic Center is short and cheap.

I had very good times in Cuzco! The airport is nice, not an A-class but acceptable. Friendly people. I'll shall return.
