Small, relatively easy airport to deal with. Song Hong Lounge was above average, comfortable with decent food, especially welcome when our flight was delayed.

It was just a free-for-all at the VietJet check-in counters. Despite patiently standing in a queue; people kept pushing in front of until I decided to block them with the luggage trolley. It's was stiflingly hot going through security. The retails stores were a rip-off. A licence to print money.

Getting to the airport took forever. Check-in wasn't long but the immigration was. Still had to take off shoes and everything for the short line of security. Wish there were more cafes in the gate.

The immigration queue is jammed, with no control by the officers. Took me about 1.5 hrs ++ to get out from the immigration hall.

Too long Security check and Immigration. Vietnames and foreigners are undergo an immigration examination and it spends too long.

Getting to airport is either by taxi or bus. Check-in was a very smooth experience for me with no waiting times and friendly staff. Security and Passport however took more than a solid 45 minutes to clear. Airport itself has not much to do, but felt spacious and peaceful to me without being overcrowded.

Immigration was extremely slow for the volume of pax arriving. There was only 4 Immigration Officers.

Again the longe had a good view over the airport to pass the time for a reasonable stop between flights.

Check in put our bags straight through to London despite having a 2 day stopover in Singapore. Managed to get them delivered to hotel next day

This is a horrible airport for flying out Internationally. It takes way too long to get through as there are 3 separate ID checks. 1 to get to the immigration line, 1 at immigration which is needed, and then the security check. There is no reason to have one pre immigration. This just caused us to wait a lot longer in line. The pre immigration check was then messed up even more due to the fact that they had no idea what they were doing and allowed a lot of people to cut. They then only took paper boarding passes, and not my electronic one. Its 2023. Catch up.
