Kelsey Eagan is a partner in the firm's mass torts and class actions practice area. With a primary focus on toxic torts, her experience also includes products liability and labor and employment. A native of New Orleans, Mrs. Eagan attended St. Mary's Dominican High School and received a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University, where she graduated magna cum laude.

She received her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law, where she was a published member of the Law Review. At Loyola, she served as an oralist on the National Moot Court Team, which won first place at the Regional competition where she was named best oral advocate. Upon graduation, she was named a William Crowe Scholar and was the 2014 recipient of the Spirit of Ignatius Award for outstanding law graduate. In addition, Kelsey was made a member of the Order of Barristers for her achievements in oral advocacy.

Mrs. Eagan is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Louisiana. She is a member of the St. Thomas More Inn of Court, the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and was selected as a Junior Member of the Louisiana State Law Institute, an agency serving in an advisory capacity to the Louisiana Legislature. Mrs. Eagan was selected by Super Lawyers, a premier publication for the recognition of top lawyers, for the 2018-2024 Louisiana Rising Stars lists, a distinction for which no more than 2.5% of eligible attorneys are selected.
