Emergency cancer surgery for my pup

Hi everyone, yesterday my dog, Wilson, started having seizure-like episodes where he lost his vision and stability and injured himself several times. After taking him to the vet, they told me that it could be one of two things, Addison’s disease or Insulinoma (tumor on the pancreas). We rushed him to the emergency vet to get testing and he had to stay overnight. Today, we found out that it’s the worse of the two options and he does have cancer. He has to go into surgery tomorrow, but the cost of all the tests, scans, and surgery amounts to about $13,000, which I am unable to afford on my own. This dog is my whole world and means so much to me and I need all the help I can get in order to save his life. If you have anything to spare, I would be eternally grateful.
