Louise Redknapp revealed that she is on good terms with her ex Jamie Redknapp following their split.
Stopping in at Heart breakfast , the mum-of-two confessed she'd had a tough year adapting to being newly single, but still counted her footballer ex as her "best friend".
Speaking to Lucy Horobin and Jamie Theakston – who is good pals with Jamie – Louise confirmed that she "gets on" with her ex husband, and gave fans a rare update on their relationship.
She said: "Yeah, it’s been really tough, but I mean, you know, he’s my best friend.
"It’s been really tough but things happen and yeah, I saw him yesterday and it was all good.
"We had school meetings and stuff, like you do, so all good."
Louise went on to discuss her Valentine's Day plans, revealing that she "hates" the holiday now she's no longer in a relationship.
"Oh god! Do you know what, I hate Valentine’s Day now!", she squirmed.
When quizzed as to why, she coyly replied: "What do you mean, why?"
Louise went on to joke that she was now "too old" for Valentine's, but would be having a "galentines" celebration with her friends instead.
Hinting she wasn't currently dating anybody, she laughed: "Yeah that’ll be me, galentine’s, yeah I’ll be the one sat in the restaurant with my mate!"
