Dramatic pictures and video show crashed TUI plane at Leeds Bradford Airport

Leeds Bradford Airport has currently suspended all flights after a TUI flight 'skidded off the runway' while landing during Storm Babet today.

The runway is currently closed as the emergency services rush to the scene to help passengers. According to West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, no one was hurt as a result of the crash, however, passengers are being evacuated from the flight.

The fire service are currently rescuing the passengers and helping them from the plane. Flights are being delayed across the board as a result due to the closed runway.

Multiple dramatic photos have emerged showing the plane crashed onto the grass next to the runway. Leeds Bradford Airport said: "We would like to apologise that due to the ongoing incident at Leeds Bradford Airport, the runway has been closed. Next information will be available at 4:30pm.
