Furong Town is a charming ancient town located in Xiangxi, Hunan Province, China. The town has a history of over a thousand years and is surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes, with a waterfall as its centerpiece. Nestled on the edge of a waterfall is where this beautiful town lies! 🥰 Compared to other popular ancient towns in China, such as Fenghuang Ancient Town, Furong Town is relatively small and attracts fewer crowds, making it a peaceful and tranquil destination. Take your time to explore this small town, where you can finish touring in 1-2 hours, or stay for a night to witness the mesmerizing sunset and night view. 🌃🥰
Furong Town requires an admission ticket, whether you are staying inside or just visiting, you need to buy a ticket! For us, we stayed at the Tusi Xuanfu (RM208/night) for a clean and comfortable room with a panoramic view of the waterfall. ⚠️BUT don't bother with their dining options as they're overpriced.
