As an alumni host, I planned and executed an externship shadow day at Walgreens centered on health equity, and gave students an opportunity to engage with various Northwestern alumni to understand their career paths post college, senior executives to hear how health equity intersects with business priorities, as well as HR to understand career opportunities.
