There are moments in our lives where we can choose to step into our power or step into distraction.
So many times in my life, I've felt "called" to do more, to be more, to serve more.
That feeling has never changed nor has it ever died down, it only becomes stronger and more pervasive in my world, the more and more I step into my own voice and my own gifts.
When I began my journey into entrepreneurship, I didn't know everything. All I knew was that I had a passion to serve.
In all of the 'professional endeavors' I have pursued, it has always been about service.
As a Peace Corps Volunteer, I served my country and small Costa Rican community.
As a US Diplomat, I served my country and US Citizens abroad.
As a Mom and Wife, I serve my family and support their growth.
As an Author, Speaker, Coach, and Entrepreneur, I serve other aspiring leaders who want to make their difference in the world.
No matter what, my core value is service, and giving my best effort and the best of who I am, to every person I come in contact with is who I aspire to be and how I aspire to show up everyday.
🩷As you dream and think about your future - what kind of change do you want to see in your life, in your community, in your world?
🩷Are you willing to do the work it takes to transform?
🩷 Are you willing to learn, grow, take action, and become a more emboldened and empowered version of yourself?
🩷 Are you willing to SAY YES to Your Dream, and SAY NO to everyone else's ideas of who they think you should be?
If you said Yes, to all of these questions, and you want to step into your next level of service, of impact, of income, and of influence, I invite you to the Women's Entrepreneurship 3-Day Challenge, November 6-8, 10-11am AEDT (Sydney, Australia).

🌟 Unlocking Creativity: Embracing Diversity and Inclusion in Innovation 🌈💡
Creativity thrives in environments where diverse perspectives are celebrated, and voices from all backgrounds are heard. As we strive to innovate and solve complex challenges, it's essential to embrace diversity and inclusion as catalysts for creativity and innovation.
Fostering a Culture of Inclusivity:
Inclusive cultures empower individuals to bring their authentic selves to the table, creating a melting pot of ideas and experiences. By actively seeking out diverse perspectives and creating spaces where everyone feels valued and respected, organizations can unlock a wealth of creative potential.
Driving Innovation Through Diversity:
Research has consistently shown that diverse teams outperform homogeneous ones when it comes to innovation and problem-solving. By bringing together individuals with different backgrounds, skills, and viewpoints, organizations can challenge conventional thinking, spark creativity, and drive breakthrough innovations.
Creating Opportunities for All:
To truly harness the power of diversity, organizations must create pathways for underrepresented groups to thrive and succeed. By providing equal access to resources, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, organizations can tap into a broader talent pool and unleash untapped creative potential.
As we embrace the imperative of diversity and inclusion in innovation, let's commit to creating environments where every voice is heard, every perspective is valued, and every individual has the opportunity to contribute to transformative change.

Thank you to the Mkhomati AEC youth leadership for inviting us (Global Shapers Mbabane hub) to help shape the youth into future business leaders and entrepreneurs. I was really happy to talk to them.
For me business was passed down on some genetics and practical unrealistic level, i can practically think of any idea, if you give me specific limitations. e.g. someone said, i do not have money and not educated to start a business. Also i have a child so i want to be home daily and i dont want to be a nanny, because that is not necessarily a business (pay is not going to be over E1500), at least not going to grow because you will be using limited resources (muscle over time), then wealth creation might be impossible.
I told this person, start an
EMERGENCY SITTERS/HELPERS
This idea you can start by yourself with no capital, and can charge a premium once off amount since you will be sitting during emergencies, later on can have a network of women who you can hire, then now it is a business.

🚀HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT THE NEEDS OF DIVERSE COMMUNITIES🚀
What an awesome Friday! Nadine Campbell brought together an energising group of leaders and business owners to explore how we can build a coalition to foster greater diversity in business.
What I was left with?
💖As I shared in the room, engaging gatekeepers is so critical in driving true change.
💖Renewed focus that we need to start with those most excluded and overlooked, and with that we must remember intersectional communities.
💖Personal buzz and excitement for the developments to come.
💖A kind reminder from Vanessa Belleau MA MSC🎨that as a business owner myself facing barriers, I need to be proud of how much I have achieved (I needed that, thank you).
💖The feeling I have found some awesome humans that I not only want to work with but hang with, dancing, singing and the set up of a choir was discussed.
💖Several coffee/tea catch ups to be booked in to get to know these committed, fun, smart, driven people even better.
In Nadine's words, this picture is the first ‘class of 24’ photo for those who came and participated in this key project.
Onward!

THANK YOU to all those who joined us last Thursday at Bistro Du Midi in downtown Boston to celebrate Bold Moves by Amy Pocsik turning 2!
The room was on fire! The panelists' insights on Thought Leadership were inspiring, vulnerable, and so full of value. Clemence Sop, Mariah Gale and Lauren Perna shared their expertise and empowered us all.
Here were some key takeaways from the high-flame discussion:
1) When we walk authentically in our purpose, our voices resonate, and we begin to find alignment in our paths, both personally and professionally.
2) Passion will fuel the vision that pulls us forward. (More thoughts on this in my latest Forbes article: The Vision That Pulls You Forward)
3) Authentic vulnerability resonates with the exact people who you're meant to serve. Leading with vulnerability is hard but so worth it.
4) Care more about the impact you'll make on the world than what other people think of you. If you wouldn't take advice from a person, their opinion doesn't matter.
5) Community is a game-changer in thought leadership. A base of support filled with powerful like-minded women who GET IT makes all the difference.
What is your best insight on thought leadership? I'd love to add your perspective to the conversation.

No matter what's happening with the economy, you can take action to become more financially successful than you have in the past.
You need to find out what #WealthCreators do and copy them.
Increase your chances by finding role models who are creating wealth through a clearly identifiable source.
If they can't show you how they created their wealth, they are not your model.
