We’ve seen significant interest in our Checkpoint Property Screening System (CPSS) lanes. These mid-size and full-size lanes are on the TSA’s Qualification Products List (QPL) for use in US airport security screening checkpoints. We are excited to be awarded a contract to install an additional 17 full-size Checkpoint Property Screening System (CPSS) lanes at Denver International Airport’s new East Security Checkpoint. This project mirrors the West Security Checkpoint that opened recently.   The passenger-friendly screening lane design from Daifuku's Scarabee Aviation Group features automation that further optimizes and adds capacity to airport security screening operations. Lanes will include Smiths Detection’s HI-SCAN 6040 CTiX checkpoint CT X-ray scanner which produces high-resolution 3D images for screening airport passengers’ carry-on baggage and belongings and allows electronics to remain in bags, reducing passenger divestment requirements. Screening lanes will be manufactured and assembled at Daifuku Airport America’s US facilities. Completion of this project is expected to be early 2025. We are excited to announce that Daifuku was recently awarded a Baggage Handling System (BHS) contract for John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH). This contract is part of their new 1 million square foot Terminal Project, replacing the existing 60+ year-old terminal. Daifuku is the designated design-build partner with HENSEL PHELPS, which owns the airport’s overall construction contract with the Columbus Regional Airport Authority (CRAA). The BHS portion of this project will consist of over 1,000 drives and use our WebbView® and Sym3™ controls software. We are honored to be part of this significant project.
