Today I have officially graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Geoscience from the College of Science. I want to thank everyone involved in this, making me a 1st generation college student. Hello everyone! I just wanted go share that I have won the Shreveport Geological Society (SGS) Scholarship presented by the Community Foundation of North Louisiana for the 2022-23 academic year. For starting my last year at Purdue very soon, I am very grateful for this scholarship so I can focus on saving as much funds as possible for starting my life after graduating from Purdue in the spring of 2023. I want to thank the Community Foundation of North Louisiana for such an amazing opportunity to be able to show my passion and interest towards putting the Geosciences/Geology towards an aspiring career of Environmental/Sustainable Engineering. #scholarship #geosciences

I am very excited to share that I have just accepted an offer at Weaver Consultants Group in the Granger, IN office as a Staff/Environmental/Civil Engineering Intern starting this winter break, as I live very close to the office, and for the entire summer. I am so happy that I will finally get the experience in environmental engineering, as this is a career path I have wanted to pursue since I became seriously involved with my major and I am so happy a company has given me this opportunity to do so. I want to thank my friends and family for believing in me and Bartlett Tree Experts and Linton's Enchanted Gardens for giving me the Arborist and soil science training that WCG found insightful for this internship.
