Russia and Pakistan are collaborating to establish direct flight services, aiming to strengthen ties and boost trade relations between the two countries. Muhammad Khalid Jamal, the newly appointed Pakistani Ambassador to Russia, highlighted this initiative, emphasizing its importance in fostering closer people-to-people contact and improving economic interactions. Ambassador Jamal expressed hope that the resumption of direct air services would significantly contribute to bringing the people of both countries together and bolstering trade. He acknowledged the economic considerations involved in this decision, noting that airlines must evaluate the profitability of these routes. Reflecting on the past, the Pakistani envoy mentioned that direct flights had previously existed and had led to an increase in Russian tourists visiting Pakistan. However, financial challenges faced by airlines have disrupted these services. Source : https://lnkd.in/dk8a8VGd #Pakistan #Russia #Airline #Flight #Start

In light of escalating tensions in Lebanon, the Australian government has revised its travel advice for the country, prioritizing the safety and well-being of its citizens. Here's what you need to know: 📢 Evolving Situation: Amid growing concerns of a potential conflict between Israel and Hezbollah, and large Pro-Palestine rallies in Beirut, the situation in Lebanon is unstable and security conditions may deteriorate further. 🚫 "Do Not Travel": Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, through its portal "Smart Traveller," now advises against all travel to Lebanon due to these safety concerns. ✈️ Departure Considerations: If you are currently in Lebanon and wish to leave, it's recommended to do so via the earliest available commercial route. Please note that airport operations might suspend suddenly due to increased security concerns, causing potential flight delays or cancellations. 🆘 Limited Government Assistance: In a deteriorating security environment, Australia's capacity to assist its citizens in leaving Lebanon will be limited. It's essential to be prepared and consider alternative options. ✈️ Available Flight Routes: Major carriers like Qatar Airways and Emirates are still operating partner flights from Beirut to Australian cities, offering a lifeline for those who wish to return home. #travelsafety #lebanonupdate #linkedincommunity #australiantravelers #safetyfirst
