This award recognizes our successful placement of the EU taxonomy-aligned transition bond, which is convertible into existing Italgas ordinary shares. The issuance of this bond, first issuance of its kind in the market, underscores our continuous commitment to adopting innovative solutions in #SustainableFinance and has contributed to achieving our ambitious goals three years ahead of schedule.
