Planting is hard - seeds look lifeless, they're not attractive to anyone; taking care of the plants is even harder! External factors such as weather conditions and pests can easily discourage anyone. However, it is believing in the future of the lifeless seed that triggers the farmer to start planting. It is the hope for a tomorrow of harvest that keeps him focused on the cause! The same principles apply to the professional space. Commit to being the most competent person you know in whatever you do - no matter how much you dislike your job. Starting points are never attractive but they are good investments! Invest in yourself, it will be difficult as you will have to make sacrifices, but it will all be worth it in the end. Happy Friday LinkedIn family! I hope you all had a productive week! #authenticleadership

Planting is not only hard, it's a great challenge, a process and sacrifice. Without seeds there's are no fruits possible, neither is the planting process eminent. Metaphorically, studying is a sacrifice, a challenge and a process that requires hard work and a great sacrifice, apart from your basic money 🤑💸💰 or capital for paying for your fees and education. Indeed there's a connection between planting and getting educated or STUDYING

Hey, that's my field, you need to engage me in farming, of which I can provide your colleagues with some technical advice so that you can take a break. You will just come to observe and check if the production goes on your way. I love farming with all my heart...

So true Vice-Chancellor, it is important for everyone to understand that every job or project is an opportunity to grow yourself including expertise. How much effort and dedication you put in what you do today determines how soon you become the best self and the best in your field.

There's something about people who spend all that time and effort to reach academic heights only go for the simple joyous of life that don't need all of the big words they leant. That is not a once off sermon.... More like a whole series.....
