If I were to tag all of my incredible work friends and colleagues and extol all of their virtues, two things would happen: 1.lots of you would be frankly embarrassed by my utter GLOW-UPS, I can just go on and on and on! (Yes, I mean YOU! 🫵🏻) 2.The internet would collapse from the sheer volume of niceties flying from these fingers. (Like, stop with the typing already lady! 🤣🙃) .....the takeaway is this: I am BEYOND lucky to work with some of the most amazing danged people both locally and from far away lands, and to be in touch with some of the absolute GEMS who have moved on to other things, but still keep my silly butt in their contacts. 😍 Love to you all, because of your amazingness, work is and never has been a dull place to be...I am pretty ding-dang-donged excited to see you beautifuls early next year! 🙌😍🖤 #teamwork #dreamwork #ballysinteractive #lovewhereyouwork

"I don't live to work; I work to live..." 👂Controversial? Perhaps. But hear me out. 👩🏻💻It's true— I love my job; I love the creative freedom; I love the feeling of success; and I love my passion for my work; I love working on projects and that fulfilment of accomplishment. 🌅But I also love laughing with my friends; I love taking my dog for long walks; I love a late-night cup of tea; I love making a Sunday roast; I love that Friday feeling of spending time with my loved one; I love staying up late listening to jazz; I love celebrations; I love sunsets and sunrises. 🧘♀️I love to take care of me. 🫂In a world that sometimes places excessive demands on us, I choose to prioritize my well-being by doing things that bring me joy. It's crucial to raise awareness and promote conversations about the significance of taking care of ourselves. ☁️💬So, how do you take care of yourself? Let's spread the message together. #anxietyawareness #mentalhealthawarenessweek2023 #love #selfcarematters

Yesterday, while discussing in my community about having healthy competition within the team, this topic came up in my mind about maintaining individuality while working with the team.🌨️ 🌼 Don't you just love the vibrant variety of flowers in a garden? Each one blooms in its own time, making them all unique and beautiful. 🌺 We often find ourselves comparing our progress and success to others. 📊 But remember, just like flowers, we each have our own seasons to blossom. 🌷 Comparing ourselves to others is like asking a daisy to compete with a rose – it just doesn't work that way! 🌹 ⏳ Your career might not be in full bloom right now, but that's perfectly okay! Your time to shine will come. 🌱 Embrace your journey and focus on nurturing your skills and talents. Comparing ourselves to others can be like expecting a sunflower to bloom in winter – it's simply not the right time. 🌻 Instead, let's celebrate our individual growth and progress. 🙌 So, next time you catch yourself comparing, ask this: "𝗔𝗺 𝗜 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻?" 🤔🌿 LinkedIn for Creators #PersonalGrowth #CareerJourney #BlossomInYourSeason #JitenderVirmani #PeopleManagement #Individuality #EmbraceYourJourney #UniquePath #ComparisonTrap #CelebrateYourProgress #OneThingToKnow🌷🌟🌻
