A special visit! Over the weekend, Crotone Airport (CRV/LIBC) has played host to a special guest. J-368 has arrived on premises after running in some engine’s trouble while conducting training exercises over Calabria and the Ionian Sea. The crew of two safely landed their #royalnetherlandsairforce F-16 Falcon, having originally left #aeronauticamilitare base in Gioia del Colle. Fun fact: in the late 80’s the airport was poised to became a base for the #USAF 401 squadron …now one can imagine what the ramp would have looked like!
