Entrepreneurs’ lifelong learner

Entrepreneurs’ lifelong learner

Ask any entrepreneur that has enjoyed considerable success, and they will all tell you the same thing: keep learning. Sure, there is an inner drive and determination to make things happen that is apparent in every entrepreneur. But there is also a keen mind that knows its limitations and strives to self-improve.

According to research, entrepreneurs and highly successful business people tend to read over 60 books every year – that’s more than one a week. So, the next time you think to yourself that you are too busy to learn, think again. Continuing your education – whether it’s taking online courses or going to college – will form a critical part of your success in life, and in business.

Here we go! I see the 11 people who are from PINK (Pakistan, India, Nepal and Kazakhstan) and they are really pink (pink is the color most often associated with charm, politeness, sensitivity, tenderness, sweetness, childhood, femininity and the romantic). They are the best what they are doing but they wanted to learn more of it. Out of many more the luckiest (but more deserving) 11 reached University of Oklahoma leaving behind their businesses to learn and explore more for a month. You might feel it’s okey and entrepreneurs have to learn, be adaptive etc. but it’s not an easier than said. I see the thirst in their eyes and I said wow.

So more for you budding entrepreneurs; learn, learn and learn as much as possible. Spend days after days and night after nights to work on your enterprise idea/s. For an existing entrepreneurs keeps on learning more and more to be there where you are and to reach there, where you want to be. To BE or Not To Be. Hamlet’s speech right!

I had an interesting conversation with these entrepreneurs, heard them overhead them why they want to learn more; here they go

·       If you want to be the best learn from the best

·       Networking; highly important for the entrepreneurs

·       Opportunity; keeps on exploring

·       Understanding your industry;

·       A continual source of inspiration; learn to be inspire

·       Understanding the culture of the business or an entrepreneurial eco system

·       And more….

Let us go deep into it, understand it, learn it and the most important is to contextualize it.
