Nowadays, there is a rapid movement of sales, either online or offline. For instance, in the old days before the internet, we could only sell things if the seller and buyer met face-to-face. Now, we can sell online through a marketplace or social media with the help of the internet to anyone, including buyers in other parts of the world.

When we talk about sales, it relates to a company or start-up. because it is one of the ways to bring in the money. In order to have a legit insight about that particular topic, LPik Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) held a Startup Business Incubation (SBI) discussing "Sales Strategy," hosted by Ms. Fathiya Jannatur. The material is packaged attractively and presented by Mr. Naoto Osada as CEO of PT. Transcosmos Commerce and Ms. Acintya Mananoma as Project Manager at PT. Transcosmos Commerce.

Looking for a great speaker is like looking for a needle in a haystack. It’s because speaker not only give the materials, but also has to be able to pack it attractively to motivate participants. When doing a seminar/webinar about sales strategy, these are the best speakers because Mr. Naoto Osada has experience in the Internet industry for almost thirty years. After managing several eCommerce companies e.g., LinkShare Japan, Tarad.com (Thailand), and Hotdeal (Vietnam), Mr. Osada launched a start-up, PT. Transcosmos Commerce in 2018. The company has made rapid progress, with annual profits in 2021. Meanwhile, Ms. Acintya Mananoma has been working on Shopee and JD.id. She is known for her expertise in analysing market segments and researching product keywords for e-commerce sales.

Fortunately, this theme gathered 200+ devotees, and Startup Business Incubation (SBI) had many positive responses from the participants at ITB. It was a very happy moment that the speakers met so many to-the-point questions from the participants, and as a result Startup Business Incubation (SBI) was successfully able to motivate participants to continue learning and developing their sales strategies.
