LIBERTY — Liberty authors Brian Gehrlein and Jody Jensen Shaffer are enjoying the fruits of their labor. Both are children’s book authors experiencing excitement with current and upcoming works.
Brian Gehrlein, a Liberty High School teacher and children's book author, wants the youngest readers to vote for his book "The Book of Rules" for the 2023 Missouri Building Block Picture Book award through the Missouri Library Association.
