High Efficiency Graphene Heat Exchanger

Polymer graphene modified antibacterial permeable membrane is a functional polymer membrane based on graphene modification. It is a polymer composite material composed of graphene and other materials with special properties. The membrane material only allows water molecules to pass through and completely blocks the passage of gas molecules. The humidity exchange efficiency is as high as 70%, which has the advantage of high-water permeability.

Condensation Dehumidification Principle of Heat Pump Compressor

The air vapor condensed liquid is discharged through cooling to reduce the air humidity and achieve the dehumidification effect. The working principle is to change the refrigerant in the copper tube from high temperature and high pressure gas to low temperature and low pressure liquid through the compressor, evaporator, condenser and capillary tube, then further sucked into the unit. Because of the large temperature difference of the air, the condensed water droplets are quickly slid into the drainage box through the fins of the evaporator and condenser, and finally the air humidity is reduced, achieving final dehumidification effect.

1. Two stage high efficiency dehumidification system

First-level dehumidification system:

Using the high-efficiency moisture exchange characteristics of the graphene total heat exchanger to perform efficient pretreatment (dehumidification) of fresh air.

Secondary dehumidification system:

Adopting German SECOP heat pump compressor, R134A refrigerant, EEV condensation and dehumidification device, the unit can conduct secondary condensation and dehumidification of outdoor fresh air from indoor return air (after primary dehumidification).

 

2. Constant temperature dehumidification

The dual-core condensation technology of the heat pump compressor and graphene heat exchanger combination discharges the excess heat generated during the dehumidification process to the outside through the exhaust pipe of the unit, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency.

 

3. Smart reminder for filter replacement

The pressure difference sensor is used to monitor the resistance of the filter in real time, the detection is as accurate as to 1Pa, and the user is promptly and accurately reminded for filter replacement.

 

4. Full EPP environmentally friendly material body

Multiple designs like natural noise reduction, acid and alkali resistance, light, wide weather resistance range, safety and environmental protection, good thermal insulation performance that can ensure no condensation water is generated on the surface of the machine, which is safe and reliable for users.

 

5.Fresh air purification

Using H11 grade HEPA high-efficiency filter, the measured PM2.5 filtration efficiency is as high as 95%. The purified indoor air allows you to breathe healthy and fresh air at all times.

 

6.Double EC DC fan motor
