Not much more by this evening other than it was windy, a late attempt to go-around and the PIC was young.

Metar EBSP 9:20 Wind 150 9kn CAVOK
They touched down on 23 so they had 9kn crosswind. Should only be a problem for a pilot with no crosswind landing experience. Strange that they did not manage a go around and make the fence at the end of the runway.

It seems they hit a car parking on the street past the airport. You can see that location on google earth.

The car was parked on the side of the road. Driver unhurt as he was apparently outside smoking a cigarette (and probably watching the movements).

I believe (but may be wrong) that the Metar for EBSP is actually that of EBLG, 37 km away. The reporter at the scene was being blown about by what appeared to be more than 9 knots (to me anyway), but that's just my perception which may be entirely incorrect.

They ended up 125m right of centreline, 180m from the end of the asphalt strip.

In the extended rwy axis is a strip cleared of trees (600m by 100m).

Location of parked car and impact point. Part of the fence and the small traffic light & sign on the left, were run over.

A webcam facing the end of rwy 23 is operational, so hopefully recording is stored and available for investigators.
