certified ISO 9001 compliant by TUV Rheinland Germany.

This system allows us to have a consistent approach to all of our sites, coupled with supporting documentation and the
ability to track the project’s progress against benchmarked standards.

Controlling costs is one of the main concerns of our clients, so we continually focus on lowering costs at each stage of
a project. We start with efficient designs that maximize cost-savings and then our strong Cost Management team sets
conservative, yet realistic, budgets that are easily managed and controlled by the entire project team.

Our offices in Asia are regulated by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Safety First

We have implemented a strong occupational health and safety program for our
employees in order to obtain OSHAS 18001 certification. We also have a dedicated
regional safety manager who develops and enforces strict safety plans on all sites.

ISO 27001 – Information Security for Our Clients

Although we currently maintain best practice when it comes to IT and document security, we know that you can never be
too careful.

To complement the existing ISO 9001 certification of our Quality Management System, our IT and QA teams are certified
ISO 27001 compliant.

Green Design: A Philosophy

Our designers are committed to bringing built and natural environments together in a sustainable way
that is intelligent in design and cost effective in development.

That is why we are a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and a founding
member of the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC), the France Green Building Council and the Green
Building Council Indonesia. We endorse and encourage our clients to use sustainable building practices
and technologies at all stages of their projects.

BIM Modeling

We are not only one of the only consultancies in SE Asia with a specialty
in BIM Modeling, we are also one of the few consultancies with multi-
disciplinary proficiency in it. This means that we can produce fast,
efficient 3D modeling, with the ability to identify and circumvent any
design conflicts early.

One of the industries that will benefit from BIM the most is airports.
Implementing a fully integrated BIM model can streamline design,
approvals, construction and operations/maintenance for complex airport
projects.
