of the full suite of SAP Products for the Energy Industry. Currently managing the
implementation of key SAP modules in Finance and leading the development and design
of interfaces, testing strategy, conversion, and cutover deployment.
• Participated as a key member of the four person Business Development team that
brought Accenture the management role in implementing SAP PRA at the world’s largest
independent Oil & Gas Company; ConocoPhillips based in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
• Deployed in a lead consulting role on the implementation of SAP PRA at ConocoPhillips.
• Participated in two sequential SAP and PRA Implementations at BHP Billiton Petroleum,
one driven by the acquisition of 5$B of properties from Chesapeake Energy, and the
second driven by the $12B acquisition of Petrohawk Energy Corporation.
• Provided management consulting services to Chevron in their acquisition of Atlas Energy,
and subsequently provided consulting support in the transition of Atlas IT to Chevron’s
SAP and PRA environment.
• Provided management consulting services for Business Process Improvement to Shell in
the Production and Revenue areas.
• Serve as a Training lead in Accenture’s SAP JVA and PRA Academy. Have delivered JVA

Cognicase, Inc. a $500 million dollar per year IT Services and Software Company based in
Montreal, Canada was acquired by the CGI Group in January 2003.
Responsibilities at Cognicase included management of the Energy and Telecommunications
Division in both the United States and Canada. This included Business Development, Consulting,
Outsourcing, and Facilities Management.
• Cognicase was acquired by CGI 9 months after Cognicase acquired previous employer
Applied Terravision Systems.
• Supported the acquisition integration of Applied Terravision to Cognicase.
• Was Senior Executive left in place after acquisition.
• Worked extensively in the U.S. and Canada
• Managed Corporate office and Data Center move to new facilities
• Directed the activities of over 300 employees.
• Managed the morale issues related to 2 acquisitions and divestitures in less than 1 year.

Applied Terravision Systems was a $36 million dollar per Energy Software and Service Company
based in Calgary, Canada with offices in Dallas and Houston, Texas, traded on the Canadian
Venture Stock Exchange.
Responsibilities included overall General Management of Applied Terravision’s business in the
U.S. and abroad. This included directing the work of 125 employees, selling, developing,
maintaining, and installing major ERP Software Solutions in the Energy Industry.
• Directed the growth of Applied Terravision Systems from $14 million dollars per year to
$36 million dollars per year in 3 years
• Directed the development of a new generation of Internet Based ERP Software for the
Energy Industry and Royalty Trust Systems, including Financial Accounting, Production
Reporting, Land Management, Contracts and Risk Management, and Revenue and Royalty
Distribution.
• Facilitated the sell of Applied Terravision to Cognicase in 2002.
• Attended Board of Director meetings and provided overall management services to the
company in both Canada and the U.S.
• Hired and developed the Management Team of Applied Terravision Systems.

Artesia Data Systems was a privately held Software and Services company providing ERP
Software, Services, and Support Solutions to Energy Companies in the U.S. and abroad.
As Founder and President of Artesia Data Systems, Inc. in 1982, I grew the company from a
single employee (myself) to over 125 employees located in Artesia, New Mexico, Dallas and
Houston, Texas, and Denver, Colorado.
• Directed the company from inception until sold in 1998 to Applied Terravision Systems,
Inc. in a multi-million dollar sale.
• Created one of the most prolific software products in use in the Upstream Oil & Gas
Industry - the Artesia and Horizon software solutions used by over 150 Independent Oil &
Gas Companies with such notable names as Devon Energy, Chesapeake Natural Gas,
EOG Resources, Range Resources, Pioneer Energy, Cabot Corporation, Bank of America,
and the Bureau of Indian Affairs, U.S. Dept. of the Interior and many others.
• Exported the Artesia Software Product to several international clients such as YPF in
Argentina, OGDC in Pakistan, Apache in Egypt, and Santa Fe Energy in Indonesia.
• Launched a Business Process Outsourcing business for Finance and Accounting services
that is thriving today in CGI's Nation Oil & Gas Practice
• Built a Data Center in Dallas that currently hosts over 40 companies serving solutions in
an ASP and hosted environment.
• Provided Consulting and Programming service to over 150 Oil & Gas companies.

Responsibilities at Cognicase included management of the Energy and Telecommunications Division in both the United States and Canada. This included Business Development, Consulting, Outsourcing, and Facilities Management.
  • 3. • Cognicase was acquired by CGI 9 months after Cognicase acquired previous employer Applied Terravision Systems. • Supported the acquisition integration of Applied Terravision to Cognicase. • Was Senior Executive left in place after acquisition. • Worked extensively in the U.S. and Canada • Managed Corporate office and Data Center move to new facilities • Directed the activities of over 300 employees. • Managed the morale issues related to 2 acquisitions and divestitures in less than 1 year. Applied Terravision Systems, Inc., U. S. Operations (07/1998 - 02/2002) Addison/Dallas, Texas Senior Vice President / General Manager Applied Terravision Systems was a $36 million dollar per Energy Software and Service Company based in Calgary, Canada with offices in Dallas and Houston, Texas, traded on the Canadian Venture Stock Exchange. Responsibilities included overall General Management of Applied Terravision’s business in the U.S. and abroad. This included directing the work of 125 employees, selling, developing, maintaining, and installing major ERP Software Solutions in the Energy Industry. • Directed the growth of Applied Terravision Systems from $14 million dollars per year to $36 million dollars per year in 3 years • Directed the development of a new generation of Internet Based ERP Software for the Energy Industry and Royalty Trust Systems, including Financial Accounting, Production Reporting, Land Management, Contracts and Risk Management, and Revenue and Royalty Distribution. • Facilitated the sell of Applied Terravision to Cognicase in 2002. • Attended Board of Director meetings and provided overall management services to the company in both Canada and the U.S. • Hired and developed the Management Team of Applied Terravision Systems. • Integrated Artesia Data Systems Employees after Acquisition Artesia Data Systems, Inc., (06/1982 - 06/1998) Headquarters, Dallas, Texas President/CEO/Founder Artesia Data Systems was a privately held Software and Services company providing ERP Software, Services, and Support Solutions to Energy Companies in the U.S. and abroad. As Founder and President of Artesia Data Systems, Inc. in 1982, I grew the company from a single employee (myself) to over 125 employees located in Artesia, New Mexico, Dallas and Houston, Texas, and Denver, Colorado. • Directed the company from inception until sold in 1998 to Applied Terravision Systems, Inc. in a multi-million dollar sale. • Created one of the most prolific software products in use in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry - the Artesia and Horizon software solutions used by over 150 Independent Oil & Gas Companies with such notable names as Devon Energy, Chesapeake Natural Gas, EOG Resources, Range Resources, Pioneer Energy, Cabot Corporation, Bank of America, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs, U.S. Dept. of the Interior and many others. • Exported the Artesia Software Product to several international clients such as YPF in Argentina, OGDC in Pakistan, Apache in Egypt, and Santa Fe Energy in Indonesia.

Yates Petroleum Corporation, Southeastern New Mexico Headquarters (02/1977 - 05/1982) Artesia, New Mexico Director of Information Technology Yates Petroleum is a large privately held Independent Oil and Gas Producer based in Artesia, New Mexico. As Director of IT I reported to the Executive Vice President and General Manager. • Overall responsibility of all IT Service functions at Yates Petroleum • Authored the Software that would later become known as the Artesia Data Systems Oil & Gas Software • Formed Artesia Data Systems as a Partnership between Yates Petroleum and myself. Fleming Foods, Inc. , Topeka Headquarters (05/1976 - 01/1977) Topeka, Kansas Senior Programmer/Analyst Fleming Foods was a multi-billion dollar food wholesaler located originally in Topeka, KS and later relocated to Oklahoma City, OK.
