Woman’s pet cat looks the spitting image of Puss in Boots from Shrek – and even pulls the same pose
MEET the real-life Puss in Boots — with an uncanny resemblance to the Antonio Banderas-voiced cat in Shrek.
The ginger feline, Master Poe Poe, pulls off a doe-eyed look just like the one used by the sword-wielding animated Puss in Boots to trick his enemies.
Owner Deborah De Asis says her canny eight-month-old cat gazes at her when he wants a treat.
Deborah, 39, a technical support officer from the Netherlands, said: “He definitely is the real-life Puss in Boots — he just needs the hat.
“He even does the same pose with his paws so it works on me every time.”
She added: “I was so surprised when he first started looking at me like that with the big eyes so I had to get it on video.

“He’s either doing the cute eyes to try and get what he wants, such as a treat, but he’s also not afraid to snatch things from you directly.
“Everyone thinks he’s the most adorable cat and that he absolutely nails the Puss in Boots impression.”
