Selling items not in stock
They don't have items in stock. When you pay, they order it from a "manufacturer", it then gets to them in 2 years or so, then they send it to you on their priority delivery. Here is the full email the sent once I placed the order:

We would like to kindly inform you that one or more items in your order are available with our supplier and will be heading your way as soon as possible.
Our system has just automagically informed the manufacturer to add the items to our next stock shipment; stock will be en-route to our warehouse soon and once it arrives, our operations team will swiftly proceed to fulfil your order.
Please note, if you have chosen Express Shipping, this is only applied once the item arrives at our warehouse and is shipped to you.
