Great company, was a little concerned to use one I'd not heard of before; but had a really good experience. Ended up returning the product itself, the return was pain free and executed quickly. Only thing I'd say is it would have been good to add tracking to the next day delivery, I was in the blind on where it was. Would use MegaMac again, they are good.

Ordering was easy, dispatched quickly. Was supposed to arrive yesterday, didn’t. Know it’s Easter weekend. Megamac were good, Royal Mail failed.

I couldn't be more pleased and more impressed: the equipment was just what I wanted, the price excellent, and it arrived in double-quick time. But perhaps even more impressive was MegaMac's service when I realised a couple of months later that I needed a proper invoice for our records: a lovely reply and the invoice arrived within a minute of sending the email! Their recordkeeping must be impeccable; their customer service most certainly is. I look forward to dealing with them again.

They don't have items in stock. When you pay, they order it from a "manufacturer", it then gets to them in 2 years or so, then they send it to you on their priority delivery. Here is the full email the sent once I placed the order:

The Nomad watch strap is beautifully made and fits securely to my Apple Ultra watch. I wanted this strap to give my watch a more formal look.

I placed my order online before 2pm on Wednesday and it was delivered the next day…fantastic service in the run up to Christmas.

Overall very pleased with my purchase and will order from MegaMac again.

When the only possible negative is that the product came way faster than you expected and you nearly weren’t in, you know you’ve had a five star buying experience. Great range of products and clear info not sales guff, excellent pricing, clean, flawlessly functional website, no ticking time bomb nonsense when you have to overnight an order on the payment page because you’re new card hangs up. Yeah pretty much perfect, straight to being my default peripherals and supplies site. Just sort out the delivery text alert 👌🏻

Just amazing! I was looking for a UK supplier of Nomad products as I've been stung on import duty etc. Couldn't be happier with MegaMac, some really great brands. Ordered a few things in 2023 and I'm sure it'll continue into 2024.

I wanted an OWC thunderbolt dock and on searching, Megamac showed up in the Google shopping results. I’d never heard of them and they were about £60 cheaper than the Amazon ‘sale’ price, so I was sceptical. Checked around, then ordered, and the item arrived promptly in perfect condition, brand new, next day via DPD (for £4 more). It had a UK power supply BTW. I contacted their customer support too and received a fast response. Extremely pleased and will shop with them again for anything Mac related.

Amazing customer service delivered by real humans. I ordered an OWC HDD enclosure but (stupidly) didn't realise it was on back order. I phoned one of the customer care agents who immediately located my order and could reassure me that new stock would be arriving shortly. I was then kept up to date via email every step of the way until my item arrived shortly afterwards. Bravo.

The buying process was smooth, on a well laid out website. Ordered on a Wednesday, delivered Friday morning. Packaging was good, with bubble wrap protecting the Nomad watch strap I ordered. Megamac had far more straps to choose from than other online sources, including the big A. I’m happy and would definitely use them again.

I ordered my NOMAD Atlantic Blue Band for my Apple Watch Ultra from MegaMac, and with them being a UK based supplier.

I'm quite particular about choice of Watch Bands. I had the White Ocean Band originally, not my preferred choice of band but was what I could order at the time with the Watch for fastest delivery. I should have gone for the Midnight Ocean band, even though the style of those bands was not what I was wanting, and strap being short without extension. I'd have preferred a Sports Band from Apple but even at that time, couldn't find one I'd be entirely happy with. Also bought cheap bands from AliExpress, just to give them a go.

So I was led to settling on the NOMAD Band which has been perfect and closest to anything I had been looking for.

Instant delivery without any complications whatsoever. Paid for standard slow mail (expect sometime after your need has evaporated kind of thing) but received it the following day.

Can not fault them at all on any aspect of their service. The price itself (OWC Thunderbolt 4 Dock) was the best on the market and they also had it in stock unlike most other suppliers.

Great prices and top notch service and impressive after sales from these guys.
Bought a Thunderbolt 4 hub which arrived sealed but containing the incorrect power supply cable (Not the fault of megamac as it was factory sealed) but a quick chat message and they put a cable in the post for me and got me up and running swiftly. Fantastic.
Don’t often get service this good elsewhere.
