  • Red Chilli, sliced 100.0 g

Preparation

  1. Rencah (Flavouring) for Penang Asam Laksa

    • Grind shallots, belacan, dried chilli, galangal, lemongrass with water until well blended.
  2. Penang Asam Laksa Soup

    • Add water to simmer.
