Mobility (PRM) Assistance

Mobility (PRM) Assistance

Paris Beauvais Airport is fully accessible with lifts and escalators. The airport also has ramps where necessary, as well as parking spaces for people with restricted mobility in every car park. If you need further assistance, you can request PRM Assistance for arrivals, departures and connecting flight procedures.

To guarantee a member of staff will be there to assist you, you must notify your airline at the time of booking or on your airline’s website. The airport recommends you do this at least 48 hours before your flight.

On the day of your flight, go to the check-in counter or welcome desk at least 2 hours before your departure. If you need assistance for your arrival at the airport, your escort will be waiting for you at the plane’s exit upon landing.

If you do not book in advance, Beauvais Airport cannot guarantee you assistance. However, you can still head to the welcome desk or Special Assistance points and request assistance there. Keep in mind that if demand is high, you may end up waiting a while.

Paris Beauvais Airport Terminals

There are two terminals at Paris Beauvais Airport (BVA), Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, with Arrivals and Departures areas spread out over one floor. The terminals are conveniently located right next to each other, meaning it’s just a 5-minute walk between terminals.

Beauvais Tille Airport is quite small, so you won’t find as much on offer here compared to other larger airports in Paris. Both terminals offer basic facilities, amenities, and services such as charging points (only in landside areas), currency exchange and cash services, rest areas, toilets and baby changing services, and information desks. There are a few shops, cafes and snack places too, although don’t expect tonnes of options. Finally, keep in mind that there are no lounges at Beauvais Airport.
