European Federation of Radio operated model Automobiles<br />

All competitors at <strong>EFRA</strong> Grand Prix and other <strong>EFRA</strong> sanctioned events (apart<br />

from EC's) must either have a valid <strong>EFRA</strong> drivers licence, or a valid National<br />

Licence issued by their National organization. The National Licence must be<br />

produced personally at registration. <strong>EFRA</strong> license will be checked at the <strong>EFRA</strong><br />

website. The organizer will register the licence numbers of all drivers and record<br />

these in the <strong>final</strong> results.<br />

Drivers with an international <strong>EFRA</strong> licence take precedence over non-<strong>EFRA</strong><br />

licenced drivers at <strong>EFRA</strong> Grand Prix in the event of over subscription.

Time keeping<br />

• MRC Real80 uses the AMBrc race timing system / MyRCM lap counting software.<br />

Transponders<br />

• All drivers must have their own AMB (or compatible) Personal Transponder.<br />

Frequencies<br />

• Allowed frequencies are 27 MHz, 30 MHz, 40 MHz range and 2,4 GHz Spectrum.<br />

• Best is to use only 2.4 GHZ. This because of interference on the track!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br />

Race officials<br />

Entry fee<br />

• The entry fee is € 40,- per driver.<br />

• Drivers have to show their National Licence. If you have an <strong>EFRA</strong> License this will be<br />

checked at the <strong>EFRA</strong> website.<br />

• Drivers need to have a national license.<br />

• Formula 1: maximum 34 drivers<br />

• Touring Car: maximum 76 drivers<br />

Track open / closed<br />

• The track will be closed on Tuesday 11 th September for track preparations. The track will be<br />

available for track members till Wednesday 12th of September. Thursday 13 th is the driving<br />

fee € 7,50 euro a day for GP drivers. The track is closed for track members on this<br />

Thursday. The fee for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday (3 days) will be €40,= euro.<br />

• The track will be opened on Friday 14 th of September for controlled/free practice.<br />

• No entry without your badge!<br />

• No active cellular phone in pit lane or on drivers rostrum!<br />

• No engine running in the paddocks!<br />

• No smoking in the pit lane!<br />

Certified petrol station<br />

The only allowed fuel during he Grand Prix event is available at the SHELL gas station, located<br />

at the Europaweg 6, 9723 AS Groningen (050 3123640), which is less than 4 km / 3 min. away<br />

from the MRC Real80 track.<br />

Car impound<br />

• Impound at the Technical Inspection directly after finish of heat or <strong>final</strong>.<br />

• No car impound means automatically disqualification.<br />

Registration<br />

Registration for the event ends on the 11 th of September on 22:00 hours (CET).<br />
