4. NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES<br />

ENG run-up test higher than idle not<br />

permitted between 23-06LT.<br />

5. SPEED<br />

MAX 250kt below FL100.<br />

MAX 220kt when leaving IAF.<br />

MAX 180kt when leaving IF or when<br />

completing the fi nal turn.<br />

MAX 160kt when crossing FAF. ACFT shall<br />

maintain this speed to 4nm from THR.<br />

ACFT with cruising IAS lower than the<br />

aforementioned shall maintain cruising<br />

speed up to the relevant point of<br />

adjustment.<br />

Pilots shall notify ATC if unable to<br />

decelerate to the relevant speed.<br />

ACFT will be exempted from complying<br />

with these speed limitations when a CDA is<br />

being performed.<br />

6. TWY ROUTEING<br />

6.1 Departures:<br />

RWY 10:<br />

TWY A4 is limited to ACFT with MAX<br />

wingspan 36m/118ft.<br />

RWY 28:<br />

ACFT will be guided by follow me vehicle to<br />

TWY C5. TWY C7 is limited to ACFT with<br />

MAX wingspan 36m/118ft.<br />

6.2 Arrivals<br />

RWY 10:<br />

TWY C2, C4, C5, C6, C7 and C8 available,<br />

or PPR C9.<br />

CAT C ACFT (MAX wingspan 36m/118ft)<br />

will leave via TWY C2.<br />

RWY 28:<br />

TWY A2 or RWY end.<br />

To enter APN, ACFT will wait for ‘follow me’<br />

vehicle at the marked positions on TWY’s<br />

A1, C1, C3 or D as appropriate.<br />

7. START-UP/PUSHBACK<br />

7.1 When start-up CLR is requested ACFT<br />

must be ready to start-up within 5min.<br />

Report ACFT ID, Stand number and ATIS<br />

received.<br />

7.2 The start-up request should be made at the<br />

following times:<br />

7.2.1 ACFT with Calculated Take-Off Time<br />

(CTOT) assigned:<br />

20min before CTOT when it is parked at a<br />

push-back stand, or 15min before CTOT<br />

for the rest of stands.<br />

7.2.2 ACFT without CTOT assigned:<br />

Before the EOBT +10min when it is parked<br />

at a push-back stand, or before the EOBT<br />

+15min for the rest of stands.<br />

8. LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURES<br />

8.1 Low Visibility Procedures (LVP) will be<br />

applied when:<br />

- runway visual range (RVR) is 550m or<br />

below, or<br />

- general visibility in the movement area<br />

is 550m or below.<br />

8.2 Low Visibility Procedures (LVP) will be<br />

cancelled when the following conditions<br />

take place simultaneously:<br />

- RVR is 1000m or higher during<br />

5 consecutive minutes.<br />

- Visibility is 1000m or higher during<br />

5 consecutive minutes.<br />

- Forecast of visibility is higher than<br />

1000m with a strong trend towards<br />

improvement.<br />

8.3 RWY 10/28 is authorized for take-off under<br />

low visibility conditions.<br />

RWY 28:<br />

The follow me vehicle will guide ACFT to<br />

C6. ACFT will continue to TWY C9.<br />

8.8 Arrivals<br />

RWY 10:<br />

Leave RWY preferably via TWY C9, being<br />

prohibited the use of rapid exit TWY and<br />

TWY C5. Follow Me vehicle will guide<br />

ACFT to stand.<br />

RWY 28:<br />

Leave RWY preferably via TWY A6, being<br />

prohibited the use of rapid exit TWY. Follow<br />

Me vehicle will guide ACFT to stand from<br />

A3.<br />

9. CONTINGENCY DEPARTURE<br />

In the event of failure of one or more<br />

navaids bearing the departure from<br />

RWY 28, the following procedure shall be<br />

carried out:<br />

Climb on heading 271° to 4500ft AMSL.<br />

Turn following ATC instructions.<br />

7% minimum climb gradient.<br />
