HKS house is located uphill in a quiet residential neighborhood in Visakhapatnam. The owners wanted a home with clearly delineated private spaces for the family, and a separate block to host guests and events. The building is therefore conceived as two programmed volumes held together by a bridge-corridor, landscaped courts, and shaded terraces.
The site is located in the east of the city of Hangzhou. The eastern part of the site is divided by a 15m wide water canal.
The concept takes up this specific landscape feature. Flat residential buildings, townhouses and a kindergarten will be placed along this small river. Residential high-rise buildings in combination with commercial ground-floor buildings will be set up along the main streets in North and West.
01. Mirroring the environment, the bridge is an elliptical disk. An off-centered hole leaves open views into the gap between the two rock faces. A strong net allows courageous visitors to lay down in the void.

Salvatierra 150 is a multifamily housing project, located north of the city of Mérida in the state of Yucatan, in a triangular ground of 68.50 meters in front, which houses 13 housing units interconnected spatially in the set.
The project starts from the study of the spatiality and shape of the terrain, resulting in an axial scheme, where the elements are ordered from a vertical axis, horizontal or as in this case, both. These are organized from a series of blind walls, which are rotating, as a response to a corner work, sunning and ventilation, generating two facades that change as they go around the building and together with the generated rhythms of spans and massifs, give dynamism, movement and character to the building.

An old African saying says: It takes a village to raise a child. The LEGO House could be conceived as a village for playing and learning – an urban space as much as architecture. As much for Billund’s visitors as for its citizens, public without and within. We propose to approach the spaces and activities for The LEGO House through the lens of a core element of LEGO’s philosophy – Inventing the future of play through systematic creativity. As an idea, The LEGO House can be conceived as a three dimensional village of interlocking and overlapping buildings and spaces. It can be visited as a curated flow – from one building to the next – in a continuous movement. Or it can be experienced as parallel worlds of complete autonomy. Each space can be designed and used independently. Each box can have a unique light setting, a unique dimension and still be part of a flexible totality. Multiple spaces have access to an outdoor space that can be used to expand the LEGO experience to the outside. The LEGO House will be both expressive and rational. Innovative and systematic- like a Guggenheim of white cubes, combining the functionality of the modular space with the iconic character of a sculptural building.
From the architect. Set in a semi urbanised strip that border a busy road in the otherwise sleepy suburb of Tirur,‘The Floating Parasol House’ sits on a linear plot with its shorter side abutting the street. Built for a privacy conscious family, the house was tucked towards the rear to accommodate a garden in the front, enclosed by means of a secondary landscape wall, that shield the house from the cacophony of the vehicular traffic and the commotions on the street.
